You are buying a LED sign which is very fragile to ship. We assume all responsibilities for shipping, however, once the merchandise has left our warehouse, there is very little we can do. If you receive a damaged merchandise, pl. make a note in the delivery slip and contact us at sales@accentprinter.com. When contacting us, pl. include your item number and describe the breakage/damage in detail. We will email details about replacing the unit.
