You are buying a LED sign which is very fragile to ship. We assume all responsibilities for shipping, however, once the merchandise has left our warehouse, there is very little we can do. If you receive a damaged merchandise, pl. make a note in the delivery slip and contact us at sales@accentprinter.com. When contacting us, pl. include your item number and describe the breakage/damage in detail. We will email details about replacing the unit.
By bidding on this item, you understand that LED is fragile to ship. If the item arrives damaged, it will take 2-3 weeks to pick up the damaged unit and replace with a new unit. If you do not agree, pl. do not bid.
